Support

Email support@platepal.xyz with anything: a bug, a wrong number, a feature idea, or a data request.

Connecting

• Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste https://platepal.xyz/mcp.
• ChatGPT: turn on developer mode in Settings (under Apps), add a new app, and paste https://platepal.xyz/mcp. Menu names change often; look for "developer mode" if these don't match.
• Then sign in when asked. PlatePal is invite-only for now; if you aren't on the list yet, you'll be added to the waitlist.

Your data

• "Export my PlatePal data" gives you a one-time download link.
• "Delete my PlatePal account" deletes everything, permanently.

Something looks wrong

Tell your assistant what's wrong ("that lunch was two eggs, not three"): corrections update the record. If a total or a trend still looks off, email us with the date.
